1. Continental United States Coverage
Motsio delivers groceries throughout the continental United States (lower 48 states). Due to temperature-control limits on fresh meats, eggs, and dairy, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or overseas military APO/FPO addresses at this time.

3. Daily Order Cutoff & Fulfillment Days
Orders received before 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) Monday through Thursday are packaged and dispatched same-day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on Thursday are held and packed fresh Monday morning to prevent packages from lingering in warm courier warehouses over the weekend.

5. Doorstep Delivery & Cash on Delivery (COD)
For Cash on Delivery orders, the delivery driver will deliver the insulated box to your door. You may inspect the package and pay the courier with cash or payment card. If nobody is home during delivery, our driver will leave a missed delivery slip and re-attempt the following day.
