1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting our website, placing an order for groceries, selecting Cash on Delivery, or interacting with our customer service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Return Policy.

2. Eligibility & United States Territory

Our grocery delivery operations are strictly offered to customers situated within the continental United States. You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your state of residence to purchase products on Motsio.

3. Grocery Pricing & Weighted Food Tolerances

All prices are stated in United States Dollars (USD). Because fresh agricultural goods (such as fresh fruits, butchered meats, and cheese) naturally vary in individual weight, all weighted items are billed based on the listed target package size with an industry-standard commercial variance of +/- 5%.

4. Payment Terms & Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer convenient Cash on Delivery (Pay upon Arrival) as well as Stripe payment gateway processing. When selecting Cash on Delivery, you agree to provide exact or reasonable cash or mobile card payment to the courier upon safe doorstep arrival.

5. Stripe Gateway Architecture & Card Security

For card transactions processed via Stripe, payments are handled using 256-bit TLS encryption compliant with PCI-DSS Level 1 standards. Motsio does not store full 16-digit credit card numbers or card security verification codes (CVV/CVC) on its servers.

6. Cold-Chain Delivery & Receiving Perishables

All temperature-sensitive items (fresh meats, poultry, dairy, produce) are dispatched in thermal insulated cartons packed with food-grade gel refrigerants engineered to maintain safe food storage temperatures (under 40°F) for up to 60 hours in transit. Customers are responsible for transferring perishable foods to refrigeration promptly after carrier drop-off.

7. Order Cancellations

Because same-day orders are packed rapidly from our Irwin, PA facility to preserve field freshness, cancellations must be requested within 1 hour of order submission by calling our customer service hotline at (646) 987-6543.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and all related transactions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States.
